Transmittance Rate, Total Light Transmittance Rate, Haze and Blocking Rate Measurement
In optics and spectroscopy, the transmittance rate refers to the proportion parameters of the incident light passing through the sample after the incident light passes through the sample. The transmittance rate is expressed as a percentage and applies only to light transmission materials. The blocking rate refers to the proportion parameters of the incident light not passing through the sample when the incident light passes through the sample. So the transmittance rate + blocking rate = 100%.
Rainbow-Light provides full-spectrum Transmittance Rate Measuring Micro-spectrometers which can be suitable for vibrating environment and large temperature changed environment (the applicable temperature range of -10 DEG C~50 DEG C; 0.02nm/ C) by using “Micro Electro Mechanical System(MEMS)” and exclusive "Dynamic Thermal Equilibrium (DTE)" technologies. Spectral deviation is within the positive and negative 0.1 nm. The stability of the test data is also controlled within the level of 0.04%.

Rainbow-Light transmittance measuring products are in compliance with ASTME 275-93 specifications. All optical transmittance rate measurement is in accordance with ASTMD 1003 and the haze measurement is in accordance with ASTMD 1003.
