How to identify the accuracy of LED measuring instrument?

The picture below is the spectrum of a mercury argon lamp and a candescent lamp. Common candescent lamp consists of mercury argon lamp plus phosphor. Common candescent lamp is a pretty handy object to testify the accuracy of spectrometers.
Process:
Use the spectrometer to test the candescent lamp and make sure if wavelengths at 404.656nm, 435.833nm, 546.076nm are accurate. If the wavelengths are not right, that means the spectrum is not accurate which will lead to miscalculation of lumen, color temperature.
