How to identify the accuracy of LED measuring instrument?
The picture below is the spectrum of a mercury argon lamp and a candescent lamp. Common candescent lamp consists of mercury argon lamp plus phosphor. Common candescent lamp is a pretty handy object to testify the accuracy of spectrometers.
Use the spectrometer to test the candescent lamp and make sure if wavelengths at 404.656nm, 435.833nm, 546.076nm are accurate. If the wavelengths are not right, that means the spectrum is not accurate which will lead to miscalculation of lumen, color temperature.

Rainbow-Light launches MEMS Micro-Spectrometer(RLS) which is composed of Microelectromechanical Technology and differs from international spectrometers consist complicated optical components of collimating mirror, flat raster and focusing mirror. MEMS Micro-Spectrometer(RLS) uses exclusive the processes of “concave grating” as to have the advantages of anti-vibration, extra small size, portable design etc. We provide in variety of micro spectral measuring resolutions and applications for the wavelength of 200 nm – 1100 nm.
